Replacement doors and windows
Very knowledgeable and helpful with the design and the fitters were extremely efficient, prompt and worked in a tidy, clean manner.
Windows
I would not recommend going with this company. Over a year on the job is still not complete and we have had the worst customer service possible. All I find myself doing is chasing continuously. We are still waiting for the finished product that we have paid for.
Supplying and fitting 3 windows, bifold doors and a roof lantern.
Ben, Alex and Tony did a great job fitting everything in two days despite occasional rain and a few setbacks (window frame could not go up the stairs and had to lifted over roof and bifolds would not fit though back gate and also had to go over the roof. The result is great apart from some of the internal gaskets that look a bit uneven after they had trouble getting them in. The surveyor and fitters were polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Damage was kept to a minimum and they tidied up very well. Very please with the result over all. Communication with the office was also very good.
Replacement exterior door

New front door.
Professional and friendly staff. Installation completed within timescale. Fitting was excellent. Operation of the door was explained fully and property left spotlessly clean. Totally recommended.
Full windows and doors replaced
At first I was impressed with the service and speed of the installation. However since then we have had no end of problems with the front door with latches not retracing or closing, to have the main latch constantly getting stuck and impossible to open. Been onto the company so many times and nothing gets done! Both slide doors catch the frame when closing, and every upstairs window suffers from cold sills and walls around frames resulting in horrendous condensation, whats the point of having efficient double glazing if you lose all heat from installation issues.
