Install a dishwasher, including adding a water and waste pipe

Blockage in waste pipe
I can't recommend Simon highly enough. I had a blockage in my waste pipe. I rang on Wednesday afternoon and he came out the next morning. He was on time, polite, clean, fixed my problem and even tightened up a tap he noticed was lose.

My warm air heating was not working properly and was making a lot of noise
I had been having trouble with my warm air heater for a month with it intermittently stopping and making a lot of noise. I called British Gas but they could not come out for 4 weeks and Simon came to the rescue! I called Simic Services in the morning. He called me straight away to assess the problem and came the same day. He has cleaned the fan in my boiler unit and the heating seems to be working again. Great response, lovely guy - I would thoroughly recommend his services. And I have him on speed dial!

Came to look at our broken boiler
I found Simon on Check a Trade when our boiler broke. I called a left a voicemail, he returned my call within half an hour and arranged to take a look at it that afternoon. He was able to diagnose that the problem was with the electrics and told me I’d need an electrician. No charge for the visit. Very kind tradesman. Will definitely be using again if required.

New valve on cold water tank
Fantastic service. Contacted Simon and he replied straight away and was able to pop over the next day. Very friendly guy - he did the job quickly and at a very good price. Will definitely contact him again for my next plumbing job.
