Not 100% reliable, he keeps asking for money even after you have paid a deposit. After the work is in progress, he sometimes does not answer the phone, nor does he call back. Done quite a good job of my bathroom but has yet to finish it.

Brilliant service. Once deposit was paid we had full access to advice and support. William was allways there to help and had a great understanding of what we wanted. Highly recommend
