Leaking Toilet
I had a leaking pipe on my toilet. I logged a job with check a trade and got a call from Simon the next morning saying he was in the area and could stop over. He was really friendly and so helpful! Got the Leak fixed in no time and also helped me pull up some flooring from where it flooded. He also gave me recommendations on what paint and sealant to use to fix the rest of my bathroom. Really lovely man, would definitely recommend

Gas hob replacement
Simon replaced an old appliance with a new one, even having to make an alteration to the worktop dimensions, all dome very well.

Repaired a dripping cistern after flush
Simon was on time , efficient and went out of his way to fix the cistern even though the parts were no longer available. The price was very reasonable.

Replace sink plug fitting
What should have been an easy job turned out to be very challenging as the sink and pedestal were glued to the wall and floor. Simon was brilliant as he wouldn't give up and his persistence resulted in the plug being replaced. He was so calm and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He cleaned up afterwards and left it spotless. I would certainly use him again.

Installation of a new toilet and cistern. Waterproofing both bathrooms upstairs.
Simon was very quick to make contact and give a quote. He turned up on the day and was punctual. He was very friendly and good humoured even when the job was more challenging than anticipated. He was very tidy and respectful around the house. I would definitely recommend Simon to anyone and will continue to have Simon in for any future plumbing jobs.

Leaking pipe work in kitchen
Quick to respond to job and great communication. Simon came to view the leak the following day and repaired the problem efficiently. He carried out extra thorough checks to make sure it was fixed. I would highly recommend.
