Simon was great. He called within minutes of my initial enquiry, explained the whole process right away and arranged an appointment to diagnose my boiler fault immediately. He was able to diagnose the fault right away, remained professional and polite throughout, and his communication was great too. Great rates too, which is always a plus! Excellent service, popped around on a Sunday morning and got my heating fired back up for me, I will be using Simon again for any other future works.

The engineer arrived as arranged. He understood the explanation I gave him. He found the fault instantly and explained everything that was happening to the boiler. He made sure it was safe and supplied us with a carbon monoxide alarm. We arranged a price and I paid by bank transfer. He provided me with a report on the damaged boiler for future reference and a receipt. Would recommend this company and would use again. Thank you. F
