Contacted Checkatrade to have our Biasi boiler serviced and Simon was the Gas Engineer recommended. Before he even turned up, he called to confirm his eta etc etc. He even rang to say he was running late. What a lovely chap and extremely knowledgeable about his job. Did all the checks thoroughly, everything went smoothly and job done! No complaints from me whatsoever, would happily use Simon again. 11/10 from us. Cheers, Simon. *lovely van.

Simon was great. He called within minutes of my initial enquiry, explained the whole process right away and arranged an appointment to diagnose my boiler fault immediately. He was able to diagnose the fault right away, remained professional and polite throughout, and his communication was great too. Great rates too, which is always a plus! I would definitely recommend Simon and will use him in future.

Very speedy, helpful and friendly response, phoned almost straight away, was knowledgeable, and fixed the issue on the same morning, would definitely recommend Simon.

Excellent service, popped around on a Sunday morning and got my heating fired back up for me, I will be using Simon again for any other future works.
