Renovating my house in Exmouth
Simon project managed the renovation of our house coordinating electricians, plumbers and carpenters to rewire, fit a new bathroom and new staircase as well as fix windows etc. He also coordinated plasterers to re-plaster all the rooms and his decorators painted both the exterior and interior to such a high standard. His aftercare has also been top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I had any issues. Highly recommend- we would use him again but he's done such a good job it won't be for a while!

Stripped walls and made good the bare walls then painted throughout the house. Removed radiators to ensure a complete and professional finish.
We are extremely pleased with the work undertaken by the team. They were reliable throughout, worked well together to the highest standard and were always very tidy. Great personalities too. We would not hesitate to recommend Simon Santucci and his team to others.
