Hi, my name is Simon Frangos and I am the owner of 'Simon's Man and A Van'.
My excellent reputation has grown through brilliant customer care and continued high reviews; being highly recommended for my Man & Van Services.
We treat your goods and furniture as if they were our own, delicately and with care.
Simon's Man & A Van has over 15 years’ experience providing a white glove service in house moves, deliveries, collections, assemblies and installers of furniture. We can even move furniture from room to room for decorating or when the builders are in.
We can cover the whole of Cardiff; however, we are willing to travel the whole of the UK, wherever your items need to be transported or collected from! Long or short distances are no issue!
Simon's Man and A Van can deliver your purchased items from a number of different stores, we also transport your goods to and from self-storage units. We have a full waste licence.

House Move
Simon and his team helped us move from a second floor flat to a house. Simon provided a quote over the phone along with detailed information about the moving process and advice on packaging and was helpful throughout the planning process. He was also able to complete the move on a Saturday. We had no lift in the building but Simon and his team managed to move everything quickly and efficiently. They even completed a second trip to be sure they could safely move some fragile items at no additional cost. Overall a great service and they were both very friendly and helpful.
Moving house
Simon and his team have helped us move house twice and we would highly recommend them. They provided excellent packing materials to protect our furniture and demonstrated a high level of attention to detail and care. We will definitely be going back to Simon for our next move - not only a brilliant service but a brilliant person.

Move a large heavy duty plastic garden bunker from Caerphilly to Cardiff
Having contacted Simon he provided an immediate quote, and was wiling to accomodate my timescales. Unfortunately the petrol shortage/panic buying the week before impacted on his work schedule, but he kept me updated during the delay and I can't praise his communication enough. The job was completed after a short delay, and his service, friendly demeanour, and willingness to deliver gives him full marks for customer focus and service. He'll be my first call next time I need a man and a van, and I can highly recommend him.
We purchased a dining table and chairs online, which we needed collected and delivered.
We were originally let down by a separate company and called Simon last minute. Service was fantastic and professional from start to finish. Great communication and on time. Very conscientious, took great care of the product and even went above and beyond by putting it together in the house when he arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone.
