Work by employees was good. However after a week we found the toilet bowl was cracked. May have been there from outset as I don't often lift seat or may be inherent fault leading to cracking on use. Reported with photo on 9 November. Since then have phoned several times, calls never returned, constantly fobbed off
when we phone and actually get to speak to Simon with unbelievable excuses. If they can't get a replacement toilet, they would be unable to do any bathroom work , which I find unbelievable. Am qualified in consumer law so know how to proceed but would like resolved sooner than...

I would like to respond to this review as it was sorted almost imminently and she was left happy. She also emailed to say she has requested for the review to be taken down, which has not happened as of yet.
I would like to empathise this so other potential customers do not think we left a customer unhappy/ disappointed.
