The work was done this afternoon he was very pleasant and professional the work was done with ease and he cleaned the the area after he finished the job which was good for me as I’m disabled

Simon was super speedy at getting in touch after I had made an enquiry. He called me and we went through everything and got everything booked in quite quickly! Satisfied with all of the work carried out

really lovely guy, very friendly. we had two cat flaps installed by him, one external and one internal. the external one is great 👍 however, I would recommend discussing the height required with Simon as the internal one is right at the bottom of the door which isn't ideal. I assumed he would know where to put it so I didn't think to have that discussion. that's definitely partly on me. other than that though we are happy with the quality of work.
