Simple As Clearance is a professional house clearance company covering London and the South East. We clear full properties, from a single flat to a large family home including lofts, garages and gardens, and leave everything broom-clean.
We always start with a free, no-obligation visit, so you get an accurate, fixed price based on what we've actually seen. No surprises on the day.
We handle homes with care. Furniture and belongings are re-homed or recycled wherever possible, and anything of value or sentimental importance is flagged to you, never thrown away by mistake.
We're experienced in probate and estate clearances, and in clearing for families, executors and landlords. We work around your timescales.
Fully insured and a registered waste carrier.
