Structural survey completed on a property that I was purchasing. Simon responded quickly to my calls and emails, turned up to the property on time and well-equipped for the job, and completed the survey quicker than I had expected. Simon sent full structural report, including photos and his advise on the property I was purchasing. After purchasing the property, I needed some further structural advice on the property, which Simon didn't hesitate to return to assist with. We agreed the additional cost, and again Simon was efficient and polite in completing the job. Would recommend!
