Upon the inspection from another gas engineers I was told the flue was installed wrongly, too close to the boundary, too close to the neighbours' flue and at the wrong angle as it was full of water. This has now been rectified by professionals

I cannot recommend Craig and Adam highly enough. They came when they said they would come. Polite, efficient and COVID safe. The job they carried out was so thorough, nothing was rushed and the end result was water pressure like we've never experienced before! I am so happy. We have had other plumbers try to resolve this ongoing problem without success. It just took time and patience and knowledge, which they had in abundance. I very rarely rave about tradespeople but these two gentlemen deserve all the credit in the world! I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Thanks guys

Fantastic service. Called to find out if they could help due to hot water and heating not working and they came to the house and got my bolier working all within an hour. So great full.
