Placed an order in May for work involving bricking up a sliding patio door to replace with a single window. Understandably there was an issue finding a bricklayer, however this dragged on for months. After months of waiting and chasing up, I was told that the window had been made and I was no longer entitled to a refund, so I then requested the window. Apparently, they had "lost" it. Steve offered a full refund, which has mostly made it right. So while I cannot speak to the quality of the work, I can say the lack of communication and delays have really made us irate.

Very pleased with our dealings with Simply Roofline. We had problems with our guttering which was blocking up and over flowing. The sales person understood our problems and after consultation with his colleagues, came up with a solution. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The fitter was excellent. We would recommend this company. The guttering appears to be working well although there has not been much rain since it was done! It looks great too.

The lady came to my house measured up told me when there was coming and how much it was to a very nice actually came before a couple of days the men were alright we got on well and then did a good job thank you very much

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Contacted me on the morning with an update on arrival. Also checked with me as the soffit colour was incorrect and collected the correct one. All due to using someone with local knowledge

We arranged for a quote and they came out promptly, gave us the relevant information and said they would be in contact with a date to commence works. The quote was unbeaten by others and they called within 3 weeks to arrange a date the following week. The workmen were brilliant, understanding of restrictions to our property and were finished within the day. Work was completed to a high quality and with guarantees and warranty on parts and labour. Highly recommend.
