Brian and his son were excellent in installing our new stairlift after our old lift stopped working, for my 85 year old Mother and myself a disabled person .Service and installation couldn't have been better. A big thank you.

Incredibly helpful from the first phone call, when our 91-years old disabled relative's stair lift controller stopped working. Unlike the original local supplier, they tried to minimize cost by talking me through possible remedies to avoid a call-out charge. When that didn't work, Jack arrived within a couple of hours and re-programmed a spare controller, so avoiding the expense of a replacement. Such a refreshing change to find a business that actually goes out of its way to help a vulnerable old person on a limited budget, rather than treat them as a captive cash-cow! Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the way it was all carried out. Jack and his colleague Brian who carried out the fitting of the stairlift could not be faulted in any way. Jack came on two occasions to quote and plan for the stairlift and explained everything. This was our second stairlift we have had from Simply Stairlifts. The lift is working perfectly. I would recommend them every time.
