Knowledgeable and reassuring
We haven't had any work done yet, but Martin came and gave us advise and inspected the property to see what is needed. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable. We felt he was totally customer orientated.

Rat infestation
Nearby building work seems to have disturbed rats which decided that our garden with its bird feeder was a good place to be.We seemed to have an awful lot of the creatures-some very big-but Simply the Pest turned up very quickly to deal with the problem.Since this visit no rats have been seen for almost 2 weeks.Charges very reasonable.Thank you

Martin rodent proofed the back of our home and also the walls between the kitchen and living area. Very good job and all while being really informative and extremely knowledgable about how to prevent rodents getting into any property.
Martin came around to assess our rodent issue and quickly identified what was required. This assessment was free of charge and arranged to call back two days later to carry out the work. Martin charged less than the original quote as he didn’t use as much material as first thought. This is a first for me as I was happy with the original quote but Martin wouldn’t take that amount. Absolute star and would definitely use again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Phone discussion about Fox control
I called to discuss the problem with Foxes we have at our property. Martin was very open and clear with the costs of the different options available. When I advised that the first option was beyond our budget, he kindly ran me through the alternatives and offered lots of helpful advice. Based on my conversation with Martin I would not hesitate to recommend him and he would be my first point of call should I have a need for pest control in the future. Thank you again Martin - your advice is very much appreciated.

Investigation of rodent accessing cavity wall
Martin has been approachable and reliable. He diagnosed our rodent problem and sensitively sorted the issue. He followed up when he said he would, and was able to advise and reassure us. Definitely recommend.
