  Brilliant service from a top, trustworthy mechanic. 10/10

  Having brought a couple of cars to Ray on different occasions, I absolutely recommend Ray and his services and would not hesitate to bring cars here again. Ray takes the time to fully investigate issues and is clearly keen to get to the bottom of a problem rather than just straight replacing components. Most recently brought car down with an intermittent brake light issue. Turned out to be a wiring fault and a partially melted circuit... other places might have just popped a new bulb in and hoped for the best. Very clear communication throughout and extremely fair pricing.

  Best best for car repairs

  Ray's now helped me out twice with my car, when other garages really let me down. He knows what he's doing, is quick, good value for money and cares about getting you back on the road. I highly recommend him.

  Excellent Service and Professional Care – Highly Recommended!

  I’m really impressed with Simpson Complete Car Care and would happily recommend them to anyone. I had a dent in my car and was searching for a trustworthy body repair garage when I came across Simpson Complete Car Care on Checkatrade.com. Ray, the mechanic, was friendly, polite, and gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the repair. After comparing a few quotes, I decided to go with Simpson Complete Car Care, and I’m so glad I did. Ray fixed my car perfectly and even vacuumed it, all within the timeframe we agreed on. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

  A great find

  I have been taking my some what elderly ford focus to Ray since I arrived in Epsom in 2021. The simplest way to describe Ray is he is that mechanic you always hope you'll find but very seldom do. The work is done to a high standard, price is good for the work and you get a full list of everything done. An old car can be a real pain if you don't have a good mechanic but mine still works perfectly and soon it won't even need road tax! If you have a problem or would just like an honest opinion on how to proceed, I would highly recommend giving Simpsons a try.

  That Ray, it, honest, fair and superb mechanic.

  As per usual Ray carried out all agreed work to perfection. Service and mot on vehicle done promptly and was kept informed of any extra bits of work that were required. All done for an great price. Would highly recommend.

  First class all round

  Outstanding service, excellent pricing & very helpful with recent work on my car. From booking my car in, to confirming the work to even re setting my tyre pressure gauge which was noticed needed doing, the customer service was top notch. Highiy recommend to all & I will not take my car anywhere else now.
