Simtec aways respond really quickly, have someone available at a good time and sort out any issues

Simtec installed a new shower for us. Excellent workmanship from a very friendly and polite team who were very neat clean and tidy in completing all the work.

Serviced our boiler, good pricing and efficient. Good customer service throughout.

Replied with interested sent messages as to when they would be available and quote no reply called 2x no answer. Sent two reminders and still no reply - if they have no time shouldn’t take on stating interested - over a week waiting and now it’s 2 days before Xmas and no oven sorted

The firm failed to attend at 0800hrs as arranged. No communication from firm to inform me. I was unable to obtain a reply by telephone (answer 'phone message). Eventually one hour after due appointment I made contact via 'checkatrade'. They failed to attend as engineer off work sick.

I had a major problem however Deklan came and took on the challenge and rectified the problem being very polite and profesional and the cost was very reasonable. I would have no problem hiring him again. On that basis I can very highly recommend.
