    Got gas cooker

    Replied with interested sent messages as to when they would be available and quote no reply called 2x no answer. Sent two reminders and still no reply - if they have no time shouldn’t take on stating interested - over a week waiting and now it’s 2 days before Xmas and no oven sorted

    Gas Boiler service

    The firm failed to attend at 0800hrs as arranged. No communication from firm to inform me. I was unable to obtain a reply by telephone (answer 'phone message). Eventually one hour after due appointment I made contact via 'checkatrade'. They failed to attend as engineer off work sick.

    I had a major problem however Deklan came and took on the challenge and rectified the problem being very polite and profesional and the cost was very reasonable. I would have no problem hiring him again. On that basis I can very highly recommend.
