  Highly recommend

  I have nothing bad to say, they sorted out the dno g99 as I have a 5kW system, everything arrived quickly, the installers were nice, the installers shown me how to use the App and the inverter and once my current electricity contract is over, asked me to get in touch to sort out moving over to a different provider to get the best deal with the system.

  We’ve had a very positive experience with Sirius Solar from start to finish. Originally quoted for a 10-panel system, but after the site survey they worked hard to redesign the layout and maximise the roof space. We ended up with a larger system than first expected, and the installers took the time to explain the technical side properly throughout. Communication has been excellent. Liam and the team are very professional with lots of experience in the business. Competitive pricing, top quality products, very happy customer.

  Excellent solar panel installation

  Excellent company. Liam was super-communicative - regular updates about paperwork progress; he texted updates about when he was coming over. Very helpful in answering questions, no high-pressure sales tactics. They were able to use some scaffolding that was already up for roof repair. The installers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, were flexible about me having to go to work. They showed me how to use the app to control the battery. Liam came for a post-installation quality check and to explain about the paperwork. Also most competitive price out of 3 quotes.

  Diagnosis and replacement of faulty solar panel inverter.

  Liam came to diagnose the faulty inverter as I suspected. He quoted a price for replacing inverter and isolator which we were more than happy with. Ben fitted inverter the following week. Both Liam and Ben were polite, friendly and explained everything to me. From the original contact to completion was less than 2 weeks and probably could have been less but I was only available on Fridays and weekends. Liam even came for original callout on a Saturday, as they were delayed on another job due to rain but kept me updated. I would certainly use them again and high recommend them.
