They were recommended by our builders for a full house renovation and every stage has been marred by poor communication, dishonesty,poor workmanship and expensive time delays. The final result is that we have astrgal bars that have been glued on on site, patched up internal framing, bifolds that don't open in the heat or close in the cold with a large gap in the frame and a front door that doesn't open at all intermittently. I have attempted to re-engage and offer the chance to fix, but have given up on them finally after being sworn at by one of their fitters.

Donna was very friendly and professional, overseeing all the work. Great windows, very well fitted, at a very competetive price. What not to like?? Also great communication throughout. Top notch!

The product and service was spot on, I am very pleased with my new windows and would definitely recommend them.
