Excellent service from Kristian and his team. It is so good to be able to speak to someone promptly and then get fast and speedy response to my problem.

I spoke to Amanda about my gate which kept lurching off the metal roller. She was so helpful and attentive - organising an engineer for the next day and telephoning me within 1/2 an hour to confirm. Brad - the engineer- arrived exactly the the time which was allocated. He quickly assessed the problem and remedied the situation. Very competent and so informative about why the gate was unstable. He was so thorough on checking everything and it was great for me to learn from his knowledge. Altogether a great experience - all staff involved were brilliant - can't fault them.!!

I have been dealing with Site services for a couple of years and they were recommended by a friend and i have to say they are brilliant. The office staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. We have had an engineer called Nick visit a couple of times and he is great very friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable he is a great asset to the company. Its nice to find a company with great staff that actually want to help and do their job nowadays

Excellent and professional service from start to finish Site Services Security Ltd were contracted to replace our old gate motors, update all the electrics and fit new state of the art accessories including a hard wired video intercom. From quotation to completion the team worked hard to ensure we were happy and the job was completed to a high standard, special mention to Lewis, Scott, Brad and Damian for an excellent job.
