  Highly recommended. Simon was fab! He arrived on time and was so accommodating around my children. Helped move out heavy items and did such a thorough job. He had to go through two rooms to fit our outside tap. Cleaning all the mess as he went (even mess that was mine and not his under the sofa!). Left the job making sure everything worked, and everything was put back and tidy. So pleased with the work, and will definitely be using again in the future.

  He did a runner. Didn’t tell us he wasn't coming back. Left us in a total mess. We agreed on a square shower tray - which he ordered. When he went to fit the shower panels he realised they were the wrong ones, the shower itself and other items were missing. Stock had arrived on the Weds – but he never checked and stock was missing or wrong. 10 Days later he emailed and said he could not get a shower enclosure to fit – then disappeared. He was the one who put the shower tray in and ordered the parts, then found out he could not get the shower panels. Then disappeared. He owes us money. DO NOT USE

• To first fix a bathroom ready for tiling.

  Simon from SJB Plumbing did the first fix on a bathroom in Willand ready for me to tile. The plumbing and boarding were spot on and he obviously takes great pride in his work. Also lovely to find a bath plumbed in level and siliconed in which is so important in a first floor bathroom. 5 stars for this tradesman and hope to work with him again.
