SJB were great. Friendly, communicative and professional throughout the planning and installation process. They went above and beyond when working with electricians to ensure the safe relocation of a cable bracket, without causing any delay to the window installation being completed.

It is many years since I have worked with such a professional and capable business. The preproduction process was meticulous with me in control of all sign offs. The windows and doors from the factory fitted and operated perfectly first time, fantastic quality. The team of installers were polite, highly skilled and punctual, protecting our rooms and tidying after each day. Overall the service from estimation to completion was faultless.Quite simply the best!

A great experience from the outset. The initial visit was friendly and professional, the quote well laid out and all questions quickly and fully answered. The team who fitted were professional and friendly and they did a great job. The new windows and door all look great and we immediately noticed the difference.

The service was excellent, all staff were professional and courteous from start to finish. SJB is family run and they care about the customer as well as clearly being technically strong, and very knowledgeable in what needs to be done and how to get the best results for your windows. The windows are excellent! I would thoroughly recommend.
