Engineer Patrick came out and performed an initial assessment checking the basics. He then spoke with Joule and was then able to identify several possible causes. A replacement part is required so another visit necessary, but I now have hot water as the trigger for tripping the circuit identified, with a good workaround in place. The job is not complete, however I am confident the team will resolve the underlying issue. A great experience from the S J Feist & Co. The repair was effective but after approximately twenty years of service the boiler needs replacing.

Will definitely be using the company in the future and am very happy to have found a reliable company for future needs.

He was a quiet worker who just got on with his work. He left the house very clean and I would certainly have him in my house again. I can only imagine he has done an excellent job as everything is working perfectly.
