Really great service, very safe and clean. Masks and shoe coverings were used without being asked to, very impressed!... very quick reaponse time and job well done. Double checked everything after completed the work. Also put my oven in place for me which was not part of the job so big thanks! Very professional Job and we will be using them again for any work needed.

Despite being very busy, Scott made time to take this small job on. He went above and beyond the job, fully testing the gas supply and calling out British Gas emergency service when he found a fault with the pressure levels. He not only removed the gas fire but insisted on helping me remove the entire fireplace and hearth. He is extremely professional, efficient and friendly. I know nothing about gas supply or gas appliances so he explained everything in layman’s terms so I understood what he was doing. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Can’t recommend Scott enough. Found a plumbing issue on Friday, booked in an appointment for Monday morning (he could of come Saturday but I was busy) and he surpassed all expectations. Not only did he complete my job to a very high quality (removal of radiator and capping off pipes) he was extremely tidy (used carpet protection and wore boot covers inside the house) and even fixed an issue with another radiator that I wasn’t aware of! Very friendly and professional and even gave professional advice on a further issue I’d found. I won’t hesitate to use Scott again

Having this company look at the job he said it will take him about one week to come back to me after one week I telephoned him he said he got the costing at home he said he would ring me the following day that was over a week ago. If these trades people do not want to quote for the work why don’t they just say. And stop wasting people’s time . Note this is not the First time I have had promises made and not kept.

Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. He really takes pride in his work and is incredibly reliable.
