I use Stephen for my rental property for which he had previously fitted a new fusebox and performed EICR. As I don't live close, it is very important to me to ensure I have an electrician I can rely on as his work reflects on me as a landlord. In this instance, there was a storm which tripped the fusebox and the tenants were unable to reset 2 of the circuits. This meant the tenants had no heating or hot water. Stephen attended the same day and managed to get it reset and explained the procedures to the tenant in case it ever happened again. Tenants happy and so was I!
