Spencer rang me, asked about the job, when I'd like it to be done & he could be here in a hour. He arrived & followed instructions on how to enter the building. He checked what needed to be done, he gave me a price & said he could do the job straight away. He was very nice & chatty while he was working, he kept the kitchen tidy while working.
