Prepping of floor and laying of porcelain floor tiles

Bathroom tiling and fireplace surround tiling.
Really impressed with the previous work conducted by Sid with my bathroom as also needed recesses tiled and Sid did a great job! The fireplace surround tiling was completed this week and Sid did a fantastic job. Very neat and Sid also supplied all the dust sheets as well as getting additional tiles for me when I was a few down. I’d highly recommend SJM Tiling.

Repair slipped slate, repoint ridges, reset wonky slates
Estimated cost was £650 for two days work by two people. Work was completed in 3.5hrs. Fee was only reduced to £500 after complaint of overcharging. Still feel I was overcharged for the work that was carried out. Even allowing say £75 for materials and expenses, £500 equates to £60 per hour.

Dry ridge and roof verge installation
Sidney was very understanding with what needed to be done and carried out the work in a professional manor. He was on time and very polite. I believe the price for the work carried out was good and would definitely recommend:)
