Stephen started off rectifying someone’s past work they had just started what I wasn’t happy with, he started off really good was really happy with everything, was all to a good standard, I then gave him the full house he cracked on with it, I ended up with a few leaks on the newly painted ceilings in the kitchen wasn’t any fault of his just unfortunate for me he was busy to come back and finish it as I needed it blasting off ready for my kitchen to be fitted I would recommend Stephen, just a shame he’s very busy and didn’t match with my deadlines, definitely recommend and beats prices thanks.

When I started the project for you, I made it perfectly clear that I could not do any work in December due to prior commitments.
I completed all the work that I could do up to the end of November.
Woodwork could not be completed downstairs as you were waiting for new floors.
The plaster falling off your bedroom ceilings and water leaks from the plumber in lounge and kitchen were after I had finished.
I did say I would come back in January but this was then too late for you.
You have marked my scores down accross the board but then said you would recommend me.
