sadly we have not had a good experience. initially we had issues of not turning up for the job. Sam was very pleasant as a person but unfortunately did not do a good job for us. our patio is stained where the sealant was not mixed properly. the sand grouting has also not set and we not have large holes where grouting should be. it appears the grouting has not not been mixed properly. Sam did tell us we can refill the holes again however this is what we believed we paid for. Overall not happy. we did reach not to Sam and he said he would come back to us but this has not happened.

Speedy engagement with quote being received within a few hours of job posting. Date for works was brought forward by a week which was beneficial weather wise and getting the job sooner. Nice guys, booked for another job in May.

Very good communication, all done via phone or email. In hindsight an actual meeting beforehand might have helped to decide on design and possibly issue Sam faced, though not necessarily his fault as I was busy with work. Overall happy with work, would recommend SJP.

Once again a friendly and efficient service from Sam. He consults all the way through a job and the patio is lovely and made a real difference to my garden.

Happy with the work, small project completed quickly and to a good standard. Would recommend.

Sam was great at communicating with me and checked throughout the job. He and Matty got the work done so quickly despite the awful weather. They even squeezed in some extra work to help me out. The garden looks great and I have booked SJP for more work!! Thanks Sam
