Estimate for works to roof were carried out on time and professionally. There was a charge for this, but it was worth it at the time. However I lost the details or the roofer (SJR Roofing) until now, realising now I used Checkatrade for the initial contact.

SJR Roofing is one of the best roofing companies I have used. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. The workmanship is impeccable, especially the leadwork which is a work of art! I have enormous respect for this firm and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Steve fixed a problem with loose and broken tiles which had caused a leak, and at the same time replaced rotting facias and bargeboards, and fixed new guttering which was also causing damp problems. He came when he said he would and did all the work quickly and efficiently- just what you want from a tradesman. Highly recommended.

Mr Routley turned up on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained my options to me. He then worked very hard to rectify the problem and it hasn’t leaked since. Mr Routley was very professional and respectful throughout.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough! He came early every day and worked hard all day long! He is adaptable to working with the client and did a great job with a real eye for detail
