  Excellent, attention to detail

Excellent service from Sam at SJS. Sam was very punctual and attentive to our needs (which did change on the day). He arranged all the delivery of materials, removal of skip and left the site clean and tidy. The work was excellent with focus and attention on the finer finished details. We have already re booked him for additional work. We do not think we could have found a better builder and would have no hesitation in recommending SJS for an excellent job.

  Replaced brickwork

Sam replaced brickwork on my crumbling steps leading to front door. Work carried out very efficiently. Was impressed how quickly the job was done and to a high standard. No mess left behind. Would highly recommend.

Satellite dish removal and brick repointing.

Sam did a fantastic job removing an unwanted satellite dish and repointing our wall. It looked so tidy after. His communication was also really excellent and timely. Much appreciated.
