I recently had a new door installed, and after obtaining several quotes, I decided to go with John's service. John has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We asked him for a whole home quote for double glazing as ours was in pretty bad condition. His quote was excellent and more importantly was how approachable he is. Very courteous, very tidy and great at his work. Our new windows look beautiful and have made a world of difference to the aesthetics of our home and more importantly the comfort inside. With cold weather at the moment we noticed a huge difference in thermal efficiency and you barely hear a thing outside the home. I would highly recommend John, a great worker and lovely guy!

Love my new door. Excellent customer service, no matter how many questions I had he would be happy to answer. For me clear communication is key and John was very clear and concise with what service and product I was receiving. Hoping to get bi folding doors and I won't look elsewhere!

Having used SJS in the past for new windows I had no hesitation in asking John to quote for a new front door and window for our porch build. John went the extra mile and quoted for the full build and executed the job flawlessly from groundworks to tiling of the roof. John is a rare breed in his customer-focussed approach and immaculate attention to detail; something we have struggled to find in 3 years of extensive renovation work at our property.
