Electrical Installation condition Report (EICR)
Really disappointed with this company. Used them to do an EICR on a rental property. They coded the fuse box C2 - which means it would have to be replaced within 28 days. We questioned the coding as it was not in line with the regulations. We received an illogical response. We then had to go through the Electricity Regulatory body to have it changed to the correct code - ie that it did not need to be replaced. It was a long tedious process - needless to say will not be using this company again.

Full Rewire - 2 Bed Maisonette
Simon and his team are extremely hardworking and lovely guys! I had bought a property which was in need of a rewire which was the main reason I had contacted SJT. Simon came out to the property two times; once to give a quote on a complete rewire and the second for a partial wire. I proceeded to take on SJT for the complete rewire which they undertook at a fast pace and diligently whilst always turning up early. They were also able to recommend and schedule in plastering, plumbing and opening up of kitchen work which was sprung on them last minute! Couldn't recommend enough!

Landlords EICR
It was very straightforward to organise this EICR with Simon around the tenant's availability and the work was carried out at the agreed date/time with no fuss. Good communications - quick responses. No problems.

To carry out a full refurbishment and upgrade to the kitchen and utility room, lighting, power, cooker, hob, smoke detection and final testing
Simon came promptly and provided a good value quote. Simon and his team did a high quality job for us. They were flexible working around other trades and kept us informed of progress. They worked around issues we found having an older property well and accommodated changes we made during the work. I would definitely recommend.

Fixed faulty lights and replaced old downlights with replacements
Fast response and same day service, excellent customer service and fixed the issues. Within an hour.. Would recommend for any electrical work.
