  eroded bricks removed and replaced

Sam was unpunctual on the day of the job, polite and experienced. Overall he came twice. once to look at the job and provide quote then on the day of the job he checked with me to confirm which bricks were being replaced.

  Repointing

House repointing repairs and removal of small window

House brickwork needed repointing in a few places and we also wanted a small under-stairs window removing and bricking up. Sam gave us a good quote and talked us through what he thought needed doing so we weren’t paying for work that wasn’t needed. He communicated well throughout the process even when there was an unexpected delay to the start date and was always polite and approachable. He turned up on time and on date expected and worked tirelessly on day. He made sure we were happy with his work and cleaned up well afterwards. Really happy with results and would gladly recommend him to friends and family or use again for similar jobs.
