  The person who attended my job was great. Arrived on time and advised the cheapest and most time efficient way to fix the problem and taught me to do it myself. Great integrity to not overcharge on the job, much appreciated

  Kitchen tap

  They turn up before the given time. We're polite and helpful. Explained what was required and agreed a price to remove and replace kitchen tap which proved to be extremely difficult to remove but this did not phase them. Explained what was happening throughout the job.
