Excellent/Trustworthy/ Kind.
Ryan was called in to fix a faulty toilet cistern for my elderly labour. After just fiddling with it for a while it started working again without any repair work. Because he didn't need to repair it he didn't charge my neighbour, not even a nominal call out fee. I was very impressed by this. Ryan has done work in my home and he was excellent. Reapplying mastic and sealant around a shower and bath
