  Darren was absolutely brilliant. I’ve never known plastering work to be so tidy! He made a fabulous job of all our ceilings (and answered all our questions and gave us advice too) Can’t recommend enough.

  Excellent from Start to Finish!

  I had a very damaged, blown ceiling that was covered with an artex finish. I had seen the superb quality of Skim Line's rendering work on a property locally and contacted Darren through Checkatrade. From start to finish, the service provided was excellent, and given that the ceiling proved to be a lot more problematic than originally thought, Darren achieved a perfect finish! All waste was cleared away, leaving the property exactly as found, and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Darren and Skim Line to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service!

  Darren has done 2 jobs for us since early 2024 and has done a fantastic job both times. Really happy with the finish and such a huge difference from the original plaster in the rooms which were originally very rough and cracked. Highly recommend!

  On time, helpful and experienced

  I saw Darren doing the render for my neighbour and went to ask his advice on my small plastering job. After I'd got the quote, I was booked in very quickly. Darren arrived exactly on time, promptly covered the floors and carpets and got to work. The job was done with the minimum of disruption and he cleared up really well. He went over and above by checking the exterior for me too. I would definitely recommend him.

  Honest reliable tradesmen

  We used Darren to transform our home both inside and out during Covid. Called him to get bedroom replanted a d he fit us in at very short notice. Great price, great job, expertly completed. No hesitation in recommending. Thanks Darren and the Skimline crew
