  • Leak underneath the floorboards

    Sam was so personable and professional. He managed to source the leak using a heat ray gun. Once it was located he worked tirelessly to access the pipe under ground and then sealed the leak. He was also flexible at coming at reasonably short notice and it was a big job and he put in the hours to complete what was needed. This has allowed us to know have running hot water and heating working again which for a family with two young children is very much needed. Thank you Sam! Hope you get some rest soon as you clearly work very hard but know it's appreciated.

    Sam was excellent to say the least. Great at what he does and extremely courteous. He had a difficult task of rectifying the mess of a job done by the plumber I employed before and the bathroom and toilet was quite intricate but Sam provided a great solution and delivered and excellent piece of work. He actually over-delivered in my opinion. I will definitely recommend Sam and use him over and over again for any other projects I embark upon.

    Sam was very professional, courteous, respectful and kind towards my elderly parents, he problem solved the issue very quickly, explained the issue and the best way for it to be resolved. Fitted the new shower quickly and efficiently, but most importantly cost effectively. Totally satisfied with the service provided, would recommend him.
