Building and roofing works
SKS property services have been working alongside CFM maintenace company for approx 9 years . Reliable efficient with work of a superior standard. We have had numerous projects completed to a very high and very satisfactory standard .No problems at all. We would highly reccomend SKS property services .
Repairs to sections of fallpipe draining flat roof
Scott came promptly and satisfatorily completed the repair as an emergency late Monday afternoon 31st October 2022 and returned the following morning with a fitment for the roof. He saved the day for us,thankyou
Bathroom works
Would highly recommend Scott. My bathroom looks better than I imagined. They left my house clean and tidy and I’m so happy with what they have done.

Kept in touch regarding work to be carried out, advised when on way carried out work efficiently and well and tidied up after completion. Pleasant and courteous.
Plastering, repair to suspended timber floor, skirting boards fitted, some repairs to kitchen and WC
Both my partner and I were very impressed with the service we received. SKS provided a very professional level of service, proving to be punctual, resourceful, informative and helpful at every turn. As we had a limited time window in which the work cam be carried out, they made the job a priority and were able to start and complete the work exactly within the expected time and (minus a couple of small required material costs) exactly to the quoted budget. We would highlyy recommend their services to anyone seeking help or advice.
