  Rear extension, garage conversion, bedroom extension and bathrooms

  Great service from Gary and the team. Did his best to keep to the timeline of the project. Some surprises along the way during the whole 9 months, but Gary has managed to overcome them and made necessary adjustments to progress through. Good communication and up to date billing routine. All in all satisfied with the work, and would use again.

  Garage conversion and new flat roof

  Gary was courteous and communicative throughout. He did his best to keep us informed at all stages of the build. Gary quoted honestly and was not the cheapest of several quotes we obtained. However he was certainly not the most expensive. He put me and my family at ease and his professional manner garnered trust in him. The work was of a good quality and came in on/under the quote. I will be going to Gary for future building work without question.

  Variety of alterations and improvements, major and minor, around the house

  Really pleased with the work carried out. All done in good time to a high standard. All the workers were professional, kind, trustworthy and pleasant to have around. They did what they said they would do for the ( very fair) price agreed. We've never had such a good experience with builders and I would absolutely recommend this company.

  Gary produced a very clear and detailed cost breakdown of the works which made the process smooth. He completed the works on time and to a high standard. I have subsequently used him for other projects so would highly recommend.

  Part conversion of garage to utility room and remedial works to front porch.

  Many thanks to Gary and his brilliant, friendly team. From the start a detailed estimate was very reassuring. Any alterations or additions to the estimate were always discussed in detail. Gary was easily contactable and was always available to discuss ongoing works. The standard of workmanship and tidiness were first class and we are extremely happy with the completed works.

  Single Storey Extension

  SKycrest provide a very professional service from start to finish. A detailed quotation and project plan were provided at the quotation stage. A clear and recognised contract was agreed before commencement of the works. All the trades used by Skycrest are first class. As agreed staged payments were made during the build, with no final payment requested until all works fully completed. Despite material lead times being extended during the build, they ensured all were ordered in good time. Clear communication as to when particular trades would be on site. Highly recommended.
