We hired Charlie Dash / Skye High Roofing in December 2025 for urgent roof repairs after a leak and collapsed ceiling. He knew my partner had advanced cancer, was registered disabled, and due to start chemotherapy within weeks. Despite this, we were repeatedly pressured into making additional payments for alleged materials and extra work, with constant promises the job would be completed “tomorrow” or “before Christmas”. The work was ultimately abandoned, leaving us to pay other contractors to repair and complete the roof. We have suffered major financial loss. Matter reported to police.

Inital job was superb. Agreed to do further work, took money in advance for materials, requested further money and hasn't showed up. Is now ignoring my messages.

Replaced ridge tiles that had been removed in storm during winter. Good service, fair price and tidy.
