A light cable had been damaged by another trade (a floor layer), James came promptly but unfortunately was not able to repair the break (it is under the floor/wall). However he was able to isolate the circuit and make sure that there was no live cable to cause accidents in the future.

The work was done swiftly, and with the minimum of mess and inconvenience. All lights work, and there have been no issues at all. The tradesman, James, was courteous and professional throughout the process, and refreshingly, turned up exactly when he said he would. He tidied, and took all rubbish away, leaving me with instructions for the lights if needed, and no mess to clean up. I would absolutely recommend this tradesman.

James did an excellent of explaining my options when connecting a new induction hob (to replace gas). One was cheaper but carried risk of interfering with existing 20+ year old circuits and the other option was to upgrade the existing fuse box. I opted for the cheaper route, and accepted the risk that the fuse board might fail.

The tradesman was very professional, and the work was done extremely quickly and efficiently. I requested his services at around 9 am, he was able to get to the job by 2 pm and was done before 3 pm. I was extremely impressed, especially as I had cause to request further work than was originally agreed, all of which was completed within the hour and at the originally agreed price. I would absolutely recommend this tradesman.

James was great, came and did a thorough inspection before taking on the job and gave us a quote and estimation of how long it would take. Kept to the quote and finished faster than expected. The quality of his work is great, no problems at all and everything was neat, tidy and well done and he is a real nice guy to chat to. Would absolutely recommend.
