    If you want your project to go without fuss and drama try Lee-Alliston and Son. From beginning to end was stress free! They are experienced and capable and also outsource anything they can't do to other great tradesmen which they work with and manage very well. Fabulous roofer, carpenter and plumber. I couldn't recommend them more. All in all an outstanding service!

    We were very fortunate to have Gary and his team: Take down partition walls in bedroom, construct new partition with door opening and fit plasterboard, relocate electrics and radiators as needed, plaster walls with skim coat and make good where necessary ready for decoration, hang door re using one of existing doors and fit new skirting boards to new walls, clear all rubbish from site. Gary and his team were very quick, efficient, tidy, reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the results, which are better than what we wanted and finished in really good time. No right words to thank them.

    We cannot recommend Gary and his team enough. Our timber framed cottage is 250 years old and was clearly not built to 2023 building regulations. The job was tricky and involved a lot of liaison between Gary, Swale Building Control and our Structural Engineer. Gary was superb. Involving us in all the decisions and making sure we knew exactly what was happening next and why. We are absolutely delighted with the finished work. Everything has been completed to the highest standard. So pleased we chose S Lee-Alliston and Son. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
