    Gary and team were brilliant, we’re extremely pleased with the finished work. Great communication throughout providing updates and making suggestions, very reliable, clean and hardworking. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any sort of building works.

    Demolition of outbuildings

    Gary and his team were brilliant. They were very reliable, keeping us updated on timings and progress. They worked incredibly hard to remove difficult outside building, leaving the area clean and as usable as possible. We felt they went above and beyond what we expected and are very pleased with the end result. We would definitely recommend them.

    Internal Garage Conversion

    S Lee-Alliston & Son Builders made a very professional job of converting our internal garage into a home gym. They liaised with all sub-contractors, kept us updated of the schedule and also handled all communication with the local building inspector. Their work was of a high standard and they were a pleasure to welcome into our home. We were kept updated on progress and any likely extra costs due to change of specification.

    Setting out of porch

    As we made some last minute design changes, Steve and the team had to come back at a later stage to finish the big job that they had almost already completed with us. They showed a lot of flexibility and reliability in this process, they were both attentive and quick to respond to our request to come to finish, and what I also appreciated was that there was no pressure to jump to a conclusion and skip steps just so that they could finish the job.

    Fantastic Experience with Groundwork Services

    We’re converting an old house into an EnerPHit home with an extension. We engaged S Lee-Alliston & Son Builders for the groundworks, including digging up old floors for insulation and underfloor heating and laying new foundations. We are extremely happy with Steve, Gary, and Jayne’s work—they are professional, reliable, tidy, and went above and beyond. It's been a pleasure to work with them.
