Luke did our en suite refit back in March 2022 to a high standard so we thought it would be a good idea to get him to help us do the bathroom refit. There were a number of snagging issues with this job however, which Luke promised to fix but asked if I could settle the invoice in the interim. Radio silence since then despite numerous attempts to call and email him. In general we have found his work to have fallen in quality one time forgetting to tank our walls ready for the shower installation until we reminded him.

The communication throughout the process was key to making this a great experience in the middle of really cold weather Luke exceeded our expectations and installed the boiler in a record time and left the house clean, tidy and warm! Thank you once again for all of your efforts, highly recommended.

I required two landlord gas safety checks for rental properties. Luke was efficient timely and polite. Luke had to enter the properties whilst tenants were present amd they felt he was very respectful and cleared away after the services were completed. Will now be using for my annual boiler services.
