We had an old water tank and boiler that needed replacing. Simon came round and explained what the best options were and what work would be undertaken. He then fit us in to get a new combi boiler and two new radiators. The work was carried out with minimal fuss, no disruptions, and of a high standard. Simon has previously installed a new boiler in my own property and this time he installed a new boiler in my Son’s flat. He does a great job, is very neat and tidy and takes pride in his work. Simon gave me a competitive quote on Wednesday & booked me in for a new boiler installation on Saturday (pleased with that) but more importantly, he helped me fit an extra valve to create separate heating zone for no extra labour cost. Besides, there was an issue with the Gas pressure coming from the meter to the boiler and Simon got SGN involved first, but then took upon himself to fit a new wider 22mm pipe for a patch where joints / elbow would have reduced the pressure.
