Jason was very easy to talk from the beginning. He could only give an approximate price range without seeing the work to be done. Once viewed and sending photos he kept in touch explaining what had to be done. He carried out the work straight away once accepted. I would not hesitate in using him again. Fiona

We contacted SLJ and they attended promptly and priced up the works. On the day of works they arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They took note that we have public right of way to one side of house and made sure to work safely whilst not interrupting the walking public. During the works they also spotted some additional minor repairs which they priced and returned on a bank holiday to complete. Lastly, due to our bank messing up (they paid them twice) they contacted us and advised whilst sending duplicate payment back to us in minutes. Overall very happy and will use again

We contacted Jason asking to add spikes to our chimney due to some seagulls imminently looking like they were going to nest. Given the urgency, we were anxious to find a reputable company that would be able to get this done quickly and efficiently. Jason was extremely professional, came out to look at the property and gave us a very reasonable price. After contacting multiple companies for this job, SLJ was the most communicative, reliable and quick with their service. We are extremely grateful to them for sorting this! Even took our arial and satellite dish down as a bonus. Thank you!

Jason was brilliant - the property is being sold and the buyers are in a hurry to complete. The survey found damp problems due to issues with a box gutter. Jason replied to my cry for help with this within minutes, went to see the job and gave me an estimate on the same day and completed the work within a week. Fingers crossed the sale can now go through.
