Prompt reply to initial message, clear pricing and communication. Arrived on time and as advised, carried out exactly what was required and as discussed. Finally a tradesman that does what he says he will and more importantly turns up, would not hesitate to recommend.

Steve came on time as agreed infact 10 minutes early. I had already purchased a new Mira electric shower, so as soon as he came in after quick intro., he started the job and completed the task with care and curtesy.
