The gentleman that arrived was second to none. He clearly knew what he was talking about and with the work we were planning on having carried out he made recommendations surrounding the potential asbestos so that we didn’t do anything dangerous. Steven carried out an asbestos survey on our property which was required for our sale. He was professional and attentive, and managed to carry the work out with such short notice. It enabled us to ensure that this aspect to the sale of our home ran smoothly and stress free. The report was received quickly via email which we were then able to forward on easily to our solicitor.
