• Boiler cupboard

  This morning I noticed a crumbling hole in the back of my boiler cupboard. My house was made in the 50s so I was concerned that it could contain asbestos. I called SLR and Sam answered straight away. He asked me to send some photos across. Within 30 mins he gave me a call back and told me it didn't look like asbestos, phew! I really appreciated the fast response and he didn't charge me a penny! The man is a angel.

  Spoke with Sam, originally. Straight from the start, he was polite, helpful and really friendly. Sam Even tried solving the problem over the phone so he didn’t have to charge me. Unfortunately, my photographic skills are awful. Another one of hi employees was out to me within days. He arrived on time and wore the appropriate protective gear . He talked me through exactly what he was doing and what would happen next . True to their word, the results were in very quickly And a professional invoice was received.

Due to it being a property purchase situation, we are grateful that they were able to get the asbestos survey done quickly for us, which has been much appreciated. Their report was comprehensive and they quoted very promptly too for the remedial options, with no pressure. A pleasure to deal with.
