Sam is an excellent communicator with exceptional respect and consideration for his customers. I would generally recommend this trade to others. However, in my context, it was not possible to get a fully detailed quote after the survey and before asbestos encapsulation. This was because the timelines were pressured during a house purchase. I think this context resulted in a higher quote and costs than required. The "itemised" quote looked very different from the retrospective, full breakdown of the overall cost when this finally came. The trade would not partially refund, despite this.

I can not recommend this company highly enough. They were brilliant from start to finish. Not knowing much about asbestos I felt very reassured in what they were doing. Everyone involved were so friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. They all worked very efficiently and professionally and I would not hesitate to use them again or recomend them to others. It was a very good experience using them.

We had a great experience with SLR Environmental. Sam and Lei were really friendly and approachable from the start. They carried out a thorough survey, which helped us make an informed decision about buying a property. The agreed work was completed on time, and everything was handled professionally. They also gave us clear, honest advice about the dangers of asbestos without any scaremongering, which we really appreciated. On top of that, they even did a bit of extra work at no additional cost. We’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

spoke with sam about our refurbishment and our worrys going ahead, sam popped round and talked through the do's and don'ts about asbestos (he really knew his stuff) he took some samples and was very quick getting back to me with the results, sam was very polite and prompt with his service.. would highly recommend a survey just for peace of mind.. also I'd highly recommend sam to my friends..
