    6m rear extension planning application approved

    Studio 10 architects are the best architects around . Prices are better than any I've found, level of experience is too notch to the point they saved my neck when other architects advise was clueless and just wanted my money. Shanin is very well informed, reliable and with high levels of communication, he delivered on time and exceeded expectations and pays attention to fine details . He had my extension passed within 3 weeks when planning takes 6 weeks normally, he also tended to all my queries promptly and supported me the whole way which took alot of street off my head. Highly recommended.

    Studio 10 architects are the best architects. I met SHANIN Mohamed after a number of poor experiences with architects who literally didn't know Thier field is how to measure height on sloping land . None could answer competently, were arrogant and dismissive . Shanin is the toy opposite , throughout my needs and demands he has gone the whole way making adaptations , giving advise and support above and beyond his remit . He has been a reliable partner in my successful planning app and I would highly recommend him to all to get the job done within time and budget with extremely positive results

    Planning permission

    We needed an architect for our cat hotel( Cattery) and we got Shahin highly recommended by our neighbour. He is very helpful and polite. He explained the process for applying for the planning permission and explained the drawings to us. He is very professional and a perfectionist .He kept us posted during the process with the council and passed us the good news for the approval. Shahin is an excellent architect, an excellent communicator and a great person. Thank you Shahin for your hard work

    Shahin had been great understanding out design requirements and giving well suited designs for our needs. He was also super quick in making changes as requested. Its unfortunate that we couldnt get the design passed through with the Hillingdon planning team. Would highly recommend him for design work.
